Delete Your Data

We respect your right to control your personal data. You can request complete deletion of your Take Care account and all associated data at any time.
What Gets Deleted
When you request account deletion, we permanently remove all of the following within 30 days:
- Your account profile (name, email, profile photo)
- All health tasks and completion history
- Proof submissions (photos and videos)
- Analytics data (streaks, heatmaps, completion rates)
- Gamification progress (XP, levels, badges)
- Care taker/dependent relationships
- I'm Fine check-in settings and history
- Notification preferences and push tokens
- Any in-app purchase records stored on our servers
⚠️ This action is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be irreversibly deleted. Active care taker relationships will be severed, and your dependents' care takers will no longer see your data.
How to Request Deletion
Option 1: From the App
- Open Take Care and go to the Settings tab.
- Scroll down and tap Sign Out.
- Contact us via email (below) with your registered email address to confirm deletion.
Option 2: Via Email
Send an email from the address associated with your Take Care account:
Request Account DeletionOr email support@fintasticapps.org with subject "Delete My Account".
Processing Time
We will confirm your deletion request within 2 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been permanently removed.
Third-Party Data
Deleting your Take Care account does not affect data held by third parties:
- Google/Apple Sign-In: Your sign-in credentials are managed by Google or Apple. Visit their account settings to manage that data separately.
- Google Play / App Store purchases: Purchase history is retained by the store per their policies. Contact Google or Apple to manage purchase records.
