Terms of Service

Last updated: October 7, 2026

These Terms govern your use of the Take Care mobile app and website at takecareapp.pro (together, the "Service"), operated by Abhinav Tripathi, trading as Fintastic Apps ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Take Care helps families plan and track health routines such as medicines, hydration, exercise and vitals. Take Care is not a medical device and does not give medical advice. Always follow your doctor's instructions; never rely on the Service for emergencies.

2. Accounts

You sign in with Google, Apple or email and are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13, or use the Service under a parent's or guardian's supervision. When you invite someone to care for you or to be cared for, you choose what they can see; you can revoke access at any time.

3. Paid plans

4. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Service: no unlawful content, no attempts to access other people's data without permission, no interference with the Service's operation.

5. Your data

You own the data you enter. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle it. You can delete your account and data at any time (see Data Deletion).

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted. Reminders depend on your device's notification settings and connectivity. We may update the Service and these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of India.
